If anything related to the workmanship or installed components goes wrong within this period (that isn’t caused by external damage or neglect), we’ve got you covered. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.
Material Warranty Based on Roofing Type
The warranty on roofing materials depends on the specific type of materials used for your project. Different manufacturers provide different coverage durations and conditions. We’ll go over the exact warranty details with you before we start, so there are no surprises.
Full Roof Inspection
Before we begin any work, we’ll thoroughly inspect your entire roof. We check for signs of damage, leaks, weak spots, or anything else that needs attention. Our goal is to ensure nothing gets missed and your roof is strong and secure for the long haul.
Cleaning of Eaves and Gutters
As part of our service, we also clean out your eaves and gutters. A clean drainage system helps prevent water damage and keeps your roof functioning properly. We do this as a courtesy — no extra charges.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel the contract on the day it was signed, we kindly ask for a $250 cancellation fee. This helps cover the time, scheduling, and resources already set aside for your project.
